Refund policy

We aim to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility :
Return or replacement requests are accepted only within 3 days from the date of delivery.
A return request will be approved only if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item delivered)
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
The customer provides one clear, continuous, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package opening to full product inspection
Edited, paused, cropped, stitched, or multiple videos will not be accepted
Return requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Wrong size or color selected by the customer
Personal preference or dissatisfaction
Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution
Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
Claims without a single, uncut unboxing video
Orders returned without prior approval


Replacement Policy
Approved cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products will be eligible for replacement.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead.


Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after the customer provides valid details.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


Policy Scope & Jurisdiction

This policy applies only to orders delivered within India.
International returns are not accepted.
All disputes are subject to Indian laws and jurisdiction.

One continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Return requests without proper proof will not be accepted.
